Step-by-Step Instructions
- Begin by letting your store-bought pizza dough sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle a light dusting of flour on your countertop and roll the dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
- Using a pizza cutter or knife, cut the rolled dough into 3×3 inch squares.
- Place a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese onto the center of each square, followed by a few slices of pepperoni and a pinch of Italian seasoning.
- Fold the squares over to form triangles or rectangles and pinch the edges tightly to seal in the filling.
- Set your air fryer to a preheat temperature of 375°F (190°C) and let it heat up for about 5 minutes.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and arrange the sealed rolls in a single layer.
- Cook for approximately 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking, until they're golden brown.
- Once cooked, carefully remove the Air Fryer Pizza Rolls and allow them to cool slightly.
