Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by letting your store-bought pizza dough sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle a light dusting of flour on your countertop and roll the dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Using a pizza cutter or knife, cut the rolled dough into 3×3 inch squares.
  4. Place a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese onto the center of each square, followed by a few slices of pepperoni and a pinch of Italian seasoning.
  5. Fold the squares over to form triangles or rectangles and pinch the edges tightly to seal in the filling.
  6. Set your air fryer to a preheat temperature of 375°F (190°C) and let it heat up for about 5 minutes.
  7. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and arrange the sealed rolls in a single layer.
  8. Cook for approximately 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking, until they're golden brown.
  9. Once cooked, carefully remove the Air Fryer Pizza Rolls and allow them to cool slightly.
