Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease your baking dish with olive oil or line with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry and arrange in the baking dish. Drizzle olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic, and lemon zest.
  3. Break Boursin cheese into chunks and distribute evenly over the salmon fillets.
  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes until salmon is opaque. For a crispy top, broil for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon. Garnish with parsley if desired.
