  • 1 cup Chicken Stock Low-sodium recommended.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed.
  • 1/2 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine kosher salt, smoked paprika, chicken seasoning, softened butter, minced red onion, chopped parsley, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes to create the marinade.
  3. Coat the dark meat chicken pieces evenly with the prepared marinade.
  4. Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish and pour chicken stock and freshly squeezed lemon juice over it.
  5. Bake for approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes, or 1 hour and 10 minutes at 400°F, until tender and cooked through.
  6. Add grated Parmesan cheese and heavy cream to the cooked chicken, stirring gently to combine.
  7. Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
