Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Season the chicken cutlets with salt and pepper. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of oil. Cook chicken cutlets for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and let rest.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha. Stir until smooth and adjust spiciness as desired. Set aside.
  3. Slice mini slider buns in half. Place a chicken cutlet on the bottom half, drizzle with Bang Bang sauce, add lettuce and pickle slices, and cover with the bun tops.
