Preparation
- Wash and prepare the blueberries. Mash half in a bowl and set aside.
- Allow Greek yogurt to sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
- Mix the yogurt with honey or maple syrup until well combined.
- Pour the yogurt mixture into molds, filling two-thirds full.
- Swirl in the mashed blueberries using a toothpick or skewer.
- Cover molds and freeze for at least 2-3 hours or overnight.
- Remove bites from molds and let thaw for 5-10 minutes before serving.
