Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat the shrimp and salmon dry with paper towels and coat with Cajun seasoning. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Peel and cut potatoes, boil in salted water until tender, then mash with butter, heavy cream, and salt.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter, cook salmon for 4-5 minutes per side, then remove and keep warm. Sauté shrimp for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Create garlic cream sauce by melting butter, sautéing garlic, adding heavy cream and seasoning, and simmering until thickened.
  5. Sauté green beans in butter until tender-crisp, season with salt and pepper, then remove from heat.
  6. Serve mashed potatoes topped with shrimp and salmon, drizzled with garlic cream sauce and green beans on the side.
