  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard Yellow mustard can substitute if Dijon is unavailable.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Adjust to taste.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, creamy mayonnaise, tangy Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
  2. Take one slice of your crispy garlic bread and evenly spread the chicken mixture over it, then layer shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheeses on top.
  3. Place the second slice of garlic bread on top of the cheesy filling, gently pressing down to secure everything.
  4. Transfer the sandwich to a preheated skillet and grill for about 4-5 minutes on one side, flipping once golden-brown.
  5. Grill the other side for an additional 4-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and both sides are golden.
