Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast.
  2. Heat milk and water until body temperature, then melt in the butter.
  3. Pour the warm liquid into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth, then let rise until doubled.
  5. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onions until translucent.
  6. Add minced garlic, tomato paste, smoked paprika, cumin, and hot sauce.
  7. Stir in shredded chicken until heated, then mix in cream cheese and mozzarella.
  8. Punch down the risen dough, then divide into equal portions and shape into disks.
