Step-by-Step Instructions for Caramel Apple Pie Bread Pudding
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. If your bread isn’t stale, spread the cubed bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together vanilla yogurt, milk, eggs, 1 tsp of cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar until smooth.
  4. Fold in the chopped apples and raisins, then stir in the dried bread cubes until well-coated.
