- Starting at one edge, carefully roll the tortilla tightly away from you, ensuring the filling stays inside. Once rolled, secure the ends by tucking them slightly inward and wrap each roll tightly in plastic wrap.
- After refrigerating for at least 2 hours, remove the plastic wrap and slice each roll into ¼-inch pinwheels. Arrange the Cream Cheese Ranch Roll Ups on a serving platter.
