  • 1 lb Steak (Sirloin or Ribeye) Choose according to preference.

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Cook the tortellini in a large pot of salted boiling water for 3-5 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season steak and sear for 3-5 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. Melt butter in the same skillet and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and whole milk, bring to a simmer, and cook for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. Combine steak and tortellini with the sauce, and simmer on low for 2 minutes.
  7. Garnish with parsley and optional toppings before serving hot.
