- Pat the shrimp dry, season with sea salt and black pepper.

- Stir in garlic, tomato paste, and crushed red pepper flakes, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
- Deglaze with broth, simmer for about 5 minutes until reduced by half.
- Incorporate paprika and spinach, stirring until spinach is wilted.
- Reduce heat, mix in heavy cream and lemon juice, season to taste, and simmer until thickened.
- Return shrimp to skillet, toss in sauce, and garnish with parsley before serving.
