  • 1 tsp Garlic Granules Fresh garlic can be substituted
For the Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Can use any cooking oil
  • 4 large cloves Minced Garlic Adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp Butter Can substitute with olive oil
  • 1 Finely Diced Shallot Can substitute with onion
  • 3.5 oz Chopped Sun-Dried Tomatoes Crispy bacon can be used as an alternative
  • 1.5 cups Cream Use heavy or light cream based on preference
  • Splash of Cider or Stock White wine works beautifully
For the Pasta and Greens
  • 10.5 oz Dried Linguine Swap for gluten-free if preferred
  • 3 handfuls Baby Spinach Can substitute with kale or other greens
For the Finish
  • 1 lemon Zest Omit if no citrus notes desired
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley Add for garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat the shrimp dry and season them with salt, ground black pepper, and garlic granules. Set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, then sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add seasoned shrimp to the pan, cooking until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
  4. Deglaze the pan with a splash of cider or stock, scraping up flavorful bits.
  5. Add butter and shallot to sauté until translucent, then add sun-dried tomatoes.
  6. Pour in cream, stirring to combine and simmer until the sauce thickens.
  7. Toss in spinach until wilted, then adjust seasoning.
  8. Add cooked linguine, tossing to coat with the creamy sauce.
  9. Finish with lemon zest and parsley. Serve hot and enjoy!
