Dough
  • 1 can Refrigerated Biscuit Dough Can be substituted with pizza dough or crescent roll dough.
Filling
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce Marinara or any favorite sauce can be used.
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Substitute with any cheese of choice.
  • 16 slices Pepperoni Can be replaced with ham, mushrooms, or veggies.
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning Oregano and basil can be mixed as a substitute.
Topping
  • 1 tbsp Melted Butter Olive oil can be used for a lighter option.
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Fresh minced garlic can be used for stronger flavor.
  • 1 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese Can be omitted or substituted with nutritional yeast.
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil Used for brushing the bombs.

Instructions
  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch round.
  2. Place pizza sauce, pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese in the center of each dough round.
  3. Fold edges over the filling and pinch tightly to seal.
  4. Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush on the tops of the bombs.
  5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Brush with olive oil before air frying.
  6. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese while hot and serve with dipping sauces.
