- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch round.
- Place pizza sauce, pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese in the center of each dough round.
- Fold edges over the filling and pinch tightly to seal.
- Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush on the tops of the bombs.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Brush with olive oil before air frying.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese while hot and serve with dipping sauces.
