Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
  2. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture by wrapping in a towel and placing a heavy object on top for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Cut the pressed tofu into approximately ½-inch thick wings.
  4. Set up three bowls: one with cornstarch, another with plant milk, and the last with a mix of breadcrumbs, olive oil, paprika, salt, black pepper, and parsley.
  5. Dip each tofu wing in the cornstarch, then plant milk, and finally coat in the breadcrumb mixture, placing on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake the wings for 25 minutes, flip, then bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. In a saucepan, melt vegan butter, stir in hot sauce and garlic, and mix until heated through.
  8. Toss the baked wings in the buffalo sauce and serve immediately.
