- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and set them aside in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, almond milk, onion salt, garlic powder, and paprika. Whisk until smooth.
- Toss the cauliflower florets in the batter until fully coated and let sit for a couple of minutes.
