  • 2 tablespoons Vegan butter or ghee if not dairy-free

Step-by-Step Instructions for Crispy Buffalo Cauliflower Wings
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and set them aside in a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, almond milk, onion salt, garlic powder, and paprika. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Toss the cauliflower florets in the batter until fully coated and let sit for a couple of minutes.
  5. Arrange the battered cauliflower on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until tender and golden.
  6. Melt vegan butter in a saucepan and mix in buffalo sauce until combined.
  7. Toss the baked cauliflower in the buffalo sauce until evenly coated. Return to the oven and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, then serve warm with dipping sauces.
