Method
 

Preparation

  4. Gradually add cold water, stirring until a dough forms and knead gently.
  5. Roll out the dough into 1/16 inch thickness on a floured surface.
  6. Cut the rolled dough into desired shapes with a pizza cutter.
  7. Transfer cut crackers to baking sheets, prick with a fork, and brush with olive oil.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Cool completely on baking sheets before transferring to storage.
  10. Store in an airtight container for up to 7-10 days.
