- On each Mission Zero Carb Tortilla, spread approximately 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce evenly. Add three slices of turkey pepperoni and half a string cheese stick in the center.
- Carefully roll the tortilla tightly from one end, ensuring the seam faces downwards to keep them intact.
- Lightly spray the top of each roll with cooking spray and sprinkle oregano and grated Parmesan cheese over them.
- Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
