Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and dry baby potatoes, then halve lengthwise.

  4. In a separate bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Sprinkle cheese mixture over the oiled potatoes and toss to coat.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange potatoes cut-side down.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  8. Let cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
