  • 1 whole English cucumber substitute with Persian cucumbers for smaller bites
  • 1.5 tablespoons Ranch seasoning Use 1 tablespoon for smaller cucumbers

  • Vegetable peeler

  • Serving bowl

Method
 

Directions
  1. Wash the English cucumber thoroughly under cold water. Use a vegetable peeler to gently remove the skin.
  2. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. Place cucumber slices in a large Ziploc bag and reseal it completely.
  4. Open the Ziploc bag, measure out, and pour the ranch seasoning into the bag.
  5. Seal the bag again and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds for an even coating.
  6. Transfer the coated cucumber slices to a serving bowl and enjoy immediately.
