- Wash the English cucumber thoroughly under cold water. Use a vegetable peeler to gently remove the skin.
- Slice the cucumber into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
- Place cucumber slices in a large Ziploc bag and reseal it completely.
- Open the Ziploc bag, measure out, and pour the ranch seasoning into the bag.
- Seal the bag again and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds for an even coating.
- Transfer the coated cucumber slices to a serving bowl and enjoy immediately.
