Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Thaw the puff pastry according to package instructions. Roll out lightly floured pastry to prevent sticking.

  3. Cut the rolled-out pastry into squares, add a dollop of cream cheese mixture and sliced strawberries, then fold pastry corners to the center.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place shaped Danishes on a lined baking sheet, brush with beaten egg, and bake for 25 minutes until golden.
