Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine creamy peanut butter and softened unsalted butter. Gradually sift in powdered sugar, mixing until thick and moldable.
  2. Using a heart-shaped cookie cutter, scoop out portions of the mixture and press to form heart shapes. Arrange on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 30 minutes to firm the hearts.
  4. Melt chocolate by placing chopped pieces in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip each chilled heart into the melted chocolate, coating evenly, and return to the baking sheet.
  6. Chill again for 1 to 2 hours, until the chocolate is fully set.
