Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Add oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt, then mix gently until just combined.
  4. Gradually pour in the milk, mixing until you reach a thick pancake batter consistency.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips or other mix-ins as desired.
  6. Scoop the batter into muffin liners, filling them halfway. Optionally, add extra chocolate chips on top.
