Preparation Steps
  1. Wash and chop the baby tomatoes, Persian cucumbers, Kalamata olives, and red onion into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Spread a generous layer of hummus evenly across a large serving platter.
  3. Layer the tzatziki over the hummus, leaving a half-inch border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped vegetables over the tzatziki layer, starting with the diced baby tomatoes and cucumbers.
  5. Finish by crumbling feta cheese on top and drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the entire platter.
  6. Lightly sprinkle sea salt over the platter and arrange favorite dippers around it.
