Ingredients

Pudding Base
  • 2 cups Greek Yogurt Use full-fat, plain or vanilla; for added flavor, substitute with vanilla yogurt.
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder Alternatively, try vanilla whey protein.
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder Adjust for desired richness; the more you add, the deeper the chocolate flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract For a twist, consider almond extract.
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup Honey or agave syrup can be used as alternatives.

Equipment

  • mixing bowl
  • whisk
  • Electric Mixer
  • Airtight container

Method

Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  2. Taste the mixture for sweetness, adjusting with more maple syrup if desired, or a pinch of salt. Consider adding more cocoa powder for a stronger chocolate flavor.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the pudding to thicken and develop flavors.
  4. After chilling, gently stir the pudding to fluff it. Serve in bowls or glasses and top with whipped cream or fresh berries.
  5. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
