Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Shrimp Stuffed Salmon Recipe
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with cooking spray or oil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine lump crab meat, cooked shrimp, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon zest, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dill, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir gently until just mixed.
  3. Take your thick salmon fillets and make a careful slit in the thickest part of each fillet to create a pocket, ensuring not to cut all the way through.
  4. Lightly season the inside and outside of the salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and Old Bay seasoning if using.
