- Gather all your ingredients and bring them to room temperature. If mashed potatoes are cold, warm in the microwave for 20–30 seconds.
- Check the consistency of your stuffing; if too dry, add a splash of broth. Mix well until flavors meld.
- In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, stuffing, and shredded turkey. Add black pepper to taste and mix until just combined.
- Decide to bake or pan-fry your Turkey Stuffing Balls. If baking, preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- If frying, roll each ball in panko breadcrumbs and heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
