Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, baking soda, salt, orange juice, soy sauce, black pepper, cornstarch, garlic, and ginger. Toss well and marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together orange juice, soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili garlic sauce, cornstarch, brown sugar, red chili flakes, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  3. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add oil. Cook the marinated chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Pour the prepared sauce over the cooked chicken, stir gently and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions, stir to combine.
  6. Serve the chicken over rice or cauliflower rice with steamed broccoli on the side.
