Ingredients
  

For the Tea
  • 4 cups Water Essential for brewing
  • 2-3 bags Tea Bags (Black or Herbal) Choose your favorite variety
For the Fruits
  • 1 cup Strawberries Fresh or frozen
  • 1 Lemon Fresh preferred
  • 1 Orange Fresh preferred
For Sweetening
  • to taste Honey or Sugar Substitute with agave syrup if vegan
For Garnish
  • a few Mint For garnish, optional

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil over medium-high heat. Remove from heat once boiling.
  2. Allow the boiling water to cool slightly. Add tea bags and steep for 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. While tea is steeping, rinse and slice strawberries, lemon, and orange. Set aside.
  4. Remove tea bags and sweeten the tea with honey or sugar as preferred.
  5. Pour brewed tea into a pitcher. Add in sliced fruits and stir to combine.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill and meld flavors.
  7. Serve over ice, garnished with mint leaves or extra fruit slices.
