Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and toast the pecans for 8–10 minutes.
  2. Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl, then mix in brown sugar, granulated sugar, corn syrup, and condensed milk. Microwave for 6 minutes until smooth.
  3. Stir in vanilla and toasted pecans, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Melt the chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds.
  5. Scoop and shape the caramel-pecan mixture into turtle shapes and dip them in melted chocolate.
  6. Refrigerate the dipped turtles for another 30 minutes to set.
