Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, cream cheese, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture into the pan and spread evenly to about half an inch thick.
  3. Sprinkle mixed berries and coconut flakes over the yogurt mixture, arranging the fruits in a visually appealing pattern.
  4. Place the pan in the freezer and allow to freeze for approximately 1 hour until fully set.
  5. Remove from freezer, pull out using parchment paper, and slice into squares or rectangles as desired.
  6. Store any remaining yogurt bark in an airtight container in the freezer.
