- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and place a muffin pan inside to heat up.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth. Let rest for 10 minutes.
- Cut unsalted butter into chunks and place one piece in each muffin well. Return to the oven until melted and bubbling.
- Fill each muffin well with about 1/3 cup of the rested batter over the melted butter.
- Bake the pancakes for 12-15 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
