  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8-inch round baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, garlic powder, and baking powder.
  3. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese. Melt in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  4. Add the flour blend and eggs to the cheese mixture and blend in a food processor until a uniform dough forms.
  5. Knead the dough slightly, divide into 8 portions, and roll each into a ball, coating with grated Parmesan.
