- Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C) and place frozen beef burger patties directly from the freezer into the air fryer basket. Season with salt and pepper.
- Set the timer for 5-6 minutes to cook the first side without opening the basket.
- Flip the patties after the first cooking phase and set the timer for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- About one minute before they finish cooking, place cheese slices on top of each patty and return to the air fryer for 2-3 minutes to melt.
- Butter the inside of your brioche buns and set aside while the cheese is melting.
- Toast the buttered buns in the air fryer at 380°F (193°C) for 2-3 minutes until golden.
- Assemble by placing each cheesy patty on toasted brioche buns and add your desired toppings.
