  • 2-4 patties Frozen Beef Burger Patties Each about 1/4 pound
  • Salt Season to taste
  • Pepper Season to taste
  • 4 slices Cheddar or American Cheese Feel free to swap with favorite varieties
  • 2 buns Brioche Hamburger Buns Other buns work if preferred
For Optional Toppings
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Onion

Step‑By‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C) and place frozen beef burger patties directly from the freezer into the air fryer basket. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Set the timer for 5-6 minutes to cook the first side without opening the basket.
  3. Flip the patties after the first cooking phase and set the timer for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  4. About one minute before they finish cooking, place cheese slices on top of each patty and return to the air fryer for 2-3 minutes to melt.
  5. Butter the inside of your brioche buns and set aside while the cheese is melting.
  6. Toast the buttered buns in the air fryer at 380°F (193°C) for 2-3 minutes until golden.
  7. Assemble by placing each cheesy patty on toasted brioche buns and add your desired toppings.
