- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat, season, and let cool.
- In a mixing bowl, fold in the shredded cheese and any optional add-ins into the cooled beef mixture until well combined.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface, creating circles about 10 cm in diameter.
- Place 1-2 tablespoons of the filling in the center of each circle. Pinch the edges to seal, ensuring no gaps.
- Place the assembled bombs seam-side down on a lined tray. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Brush with melted garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown. Keep an eye on them to prevent over-browning.
- Remove from oven and brush with leftover garlic butter. Garnish with parsley before serving.
