  4. Press half to two-thirds of the dough into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  5. Sprinkle white chocolate chips evenly over the dough base.
  6. Drizzle 60% of the sweetened condensed milk over the chocolate chips.
  7. Crumble the remaining dough over the layers and press down gently.
