- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce on each Mission Zero Carb tortilla.
- Place 3 slices of turkey pepperoni and half a piece of string cheese on top of the sauce.
- Roll each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
