Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce on each Mission Zero Carb tortilla.
  3. Place 3 slices of turkey pepperoni and half a piece of string cheese on top of the sauce.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  5. Lightly spray the rolls with the cooking spray and sprinkle oregano and grated Parmesan on top.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
