Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the pan by lining an 8-inch square baking pan with wax or parchment paper.
  2. Warm the nut butter in a small saucepan over low heat for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Combine the cereal with warmed nut butter and liquid sweetener in a mixing bowl.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking pan and press down firmly.
  5. Place a second sheet of parchment paper on top and press down harder.
  6. Set in freezer for about 30 minutes to help bars hold their shape.
  7. Cut into desired shapes after removing from the freezer.
