Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Activate the Yeast: Combine warm water and sugar, sprinkle yeast on top and let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Make the Dough: Add bread flour, all-purpose flour, and salt, mix and knead for about 5 minutes.
  3. First Rise: Transfer dough to oiled bowl, cover and rise for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
  4. Prepare the Baking Pan: Grease a 9x13 inch pan, deflate dough and transfer it to the prepared pan.
  5. Preheat the Oven: Preheat to 425°F 20 minutes before the second rise is complete.
  6. Add Dimples and Jam: Dimple the surface of the dough and spoon raspberry preserves into each dimple.
  7. Bake to Perfection: Bake in the oven for 18-22 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Glaze and Serve: Cool slightly, fill dimples with more preserves, glaze, and cut into squares.
