- Activate the Yeast: Combine warm water and sugar, sprinkle yeast on top and let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Make the Dough: Add bread flour, all-purpose flour, and salt, mix and knead for about 5 minutes.
- First Rise: Transfer dough to oiled bowl, cover and rise for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Prepare the Baking Pan: Grease a 9x13 inch pan, deflate dough and transfer it to the prepared pan.
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat to 425°F 20 minutes before the second rise is complete.

- Bake to Perfection: Bake in the oven for 18-22 minutes until golden brown.
