  2. Dry chicken thighs with a paper towel, season with salt and pepper, and submerge in marinade. Cover and marinate for 30 minutes or overnight.
  3. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  4. Transfer chicken thighs with marinade to a baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Broil on high for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (70°C).
