- Preheat your broiler to high, around 500°F (260°C). Using kitchen shears, carefully cut down the center of each lobster shell, exposing the meat. Season with salt and black pepper.
- In a medium skillet, melt 1/4 cup of unsalted butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute. Stir in 1/2 cup of heavy cream and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, then mix in 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese until velvety.
- Place prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with foil. Brush with the creamy garlic butter sauce. Broil for 8 to 10 minutes until the meat is opaque and slightly firm.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with remaining garlic butter sauce. Garnish with parsley and serve hot with lemon wedges.
