Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, diced green chilies, cheddar cheese, red onion, bell pepper, sour cream, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne. Mix until smooth.
  3. Lay out flour tortillas. Divide the cheesy filling among the tortillas, spreading from edge to edge, and roll each tightly into a log shape.
  4. Cut each rolled tortilla into 5 equal pieces using a serrated knife.
  5. Place the cut antojitos on the baking sheet, spaced apart, and bake for about 8 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Switch to broil and broil for an additional 5 minutes for a crispy finish.
  7. Remove from oven, cool slightly, and serve warm with basil pesto sour cream dip.
