- Preheat your oven to 350ºF and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, diced green chilies, cheddar cheese, red onion, bell pepper, sour cream, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne. Mix until smooth.
- Lay out flour tortillas. Divide the cheesy filling among the tortillas, spreading from edge to edge, and roll each tightly into a log shape.
- Cut each rolled tortilla into 5 equal pieces using a serrated knife.
- Place the cut antojitos on the baking sheet, spaced apart, and bake for about 8 minutes or until golden brown.
- Switch to broil and broil for an additional 5 minutes for a crispy finish.
- Remove from oven, cool slightly, and serve warm with basil pesto sour cream dip.
