Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the Yukon Gold or red potatoes into wedges and toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on the baking sheet.
  3. Bake the potato wedges for 20 minutes, then flip and bake for an additional 15 minutes until crispy.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper to make the sauce.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat, add the ground beef, and sear for about 3 minutes.
  6. Add Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder to the beef. Cook until fully cooked, about 2 minutes.
  7. Layer chopped romaine lettuce at the bottom of bowls, top with ground beef, tomatoes, cheese, pickles, and onions.
  8. Drizzle the burger sauce over each assembled bowl and serve immediately.
