Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and gather your mini phyllo shells.
- Arrange the mini phyllo shells evenly on the baking sheet.
- Scoop about 1 teaspoon of softened cream cheese into each phyllo shell.
- Top each shell with about 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper jelly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes until phyllo is golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh thyme or chopped green onion before serving.
