  • 24 pieces Mini Phyllo Shells Any small pastry shell can be used as a substitute.
For the Creamy Filling
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Soften before use for easy spreading.
  • 1/2 cup Red Pepper Jelly Other flavors can be experimented with.
Optional Garnish
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Thyme Use for garnish.
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Green Onion Sprinkle on top.

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and gather your mini phyllo shells.
  2. Arrange the mini phyllo shells evenly on the baking sheet.
  3. Scoop about 1 teaspoon of softened cream cheese into each phyllo shell.
  4. Top each shell with about 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper jelly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes until phyllo is golden brown.
  6. Garnish with fresh thyme or chopped green onion before serving.
