Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a food processor, pulse Ritz and oyster crackers into coarse crumbs. Mix with melted butter and parsley, then set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds, then pour in sherry and lemon juice. If using raw lobster, add it and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Remove skillet from heat and gently stir lobster into the sauce. Divide the mixture among ramekins or a larger dish, and sprinkle with the cracker topping.
  4. Bake for approximately 10 minutes until the topping is golden-brown. Keep an eye on it to avoid overcooking the lobster.
