Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Mousse: Blend hard-boiled eggs, cream cheese, cheddar, mustard, lemon juice, turmeric, garlic, salt, and pepper in a food processor until mostly smooth.
  2. Add Warm Water: Mix in 1-2 teaspoons of warm water and pulse again until silky.
  3. Chill the Mousse: Transfer mousse to a piping bag and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Toast the Baguette: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C), slice baguette, brush with olive oil, and toast for 5-8 minutes until golden.
  5. Rub with Garlic: After toasting, rub the toasted slices with a fresh garlic clove.
  6. Assemble Crostini: Pipe mousse on each baguette slice, creating a smooth layer.
  7. Add Salmon and Garnish: Top with smoked salmon, dill, and sesame seeds.
