- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a greased baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine lump crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon zest, minced garlic, parsley, dill, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper to create the filling.
- Cut a pocket lengthwise in each salmon fillet without slicing all the way through.
- Season the outside of each fillet with salt and pepper.
- Stuff each pocket with the crab and shrimp mixture, securing with toothpicks if needed.
