Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a greased baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine lump crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon zest, minced garlic, parsley, dill, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper to create the filling.
  3. Cut a pocket lengthwise in each salmon fillet without slicing all the way through.
  4. Season the outside of each fillet with salt and pepper.
  5. Stuff each pocket with the crab and shrimp mixture, securing with toothpicks if needed.
  6. Place the stuffed salmon in the baking dish and top with lemon slices. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden, watching closely to prevent burning.
  8. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving with your favorite sides.
