  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. If using an air fryer, set it to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of melted butter, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning. Mix well and set aside.
  3. Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the pieces. Flatten each biscuit gently.
  4. Place a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese and several mini pepperoni slices in the center of each flattened dough. Pinch the edges together to seal.
