Step-by-Step Instructions for Easy Pepperoni Pizza Bombs
- Preheat your oven to 375°F. If using an air fryer, set it to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of melted butter, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning. Mix well and set aside.
- Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the pieces. Flatten each biscuit gently.
- Place a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese and several mini pepperoni slices in the center of each flattened dough. Pinch the edges together to seal.
- Arrange the assembled dough balls seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush with the seasoned butter mixture and bake for 12-15 minutes or air fry for about 8 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven or air fryer, allow to cool for a few minutes before serving with marinara sauce or ranch for dipping.
