  • 3 cloves Garlic freshly minced
  • 1 juiced Lemon plus slices for garnish
  • Salt to taste

  • 1 pound Fresh Green Beans or frozen green beans
For Cooking
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil or avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoon Butter for added richness
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Broth or white wine

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Thaw and pat dry the tilapia fillets. Trim and rinse green beans. Mince garlic, juice one lemon, and slice another for garnish.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add green beans and sauté for 4 to 6 minutes until crisp-tender.
  3. Add another tablespoon of olive oil and a pat of butter to the skillet. Sear tilapia for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Reduce heat and add another tablespoon of butter. Sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds, then add chicken broth and lemon juice.
  5. Return tilapia to the skillet, add green beans and lemon slices. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately with garlic-lemon sauce over the dish.
