- Thaw and pat dry the tilapia fillets. Trim and rinse green beans. Mince garlic, juice one lemon, and slice another for garnish.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add green beans and sauté for 4 to 6 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Add another tablespoon of olive oil and a pat of butter to the skillet. Sear tilapia for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
