Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Line an 8 or 9-inch square pan with parchment paper.
  2. Blend chopped strawberries and applesauce until smooth.

  4. Dissolve the gelatin mixture in a double boiler, stirring continuously.
  5. Let the gelatin mixture cool for 5–10 minutes.
  6. Whip the cooled gelatin mixture in a stand mixer until fluffy.
  7. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the surface.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  9. Remove from the pan, slice, and serve chilled.
